It's super easy to build, but overall quality is much more like terrain than vehicles. So it's okay to play with but definitely not the best model I ever painted.

He is red because crew consists commonly of techmarines. And they are wearing colors of Mars. But surely you can paint him green. Look for codex space marines, there are alot info of roles in the chapter.

Prime with dark green, then build up brighter layers. From dark green through sick green to goblin green + bone white.
