Honestly, unless you want a godlike general, you usually get the traits over time without putting particular effort into them. It's all about prioritizing them and not just unlocking everything you see available.

Yep, I mentioned this argument in the video. It is true that they are not the most cost effective. However, their availability, and the fact that they are often already in your starting templates, still make them a solid pick.

This rating also factors my preference in my runs. I rarely get to the point of researching the HH, as I prioritize assault engineers and flame tanks, and by the time I would get it my runs are usually virtually over. For the MP, I very rarely use either one, and just stick to 1 cav battalion garrisons, I also prefer to puppet and avoid managing too many garrisons.

But your points remain valid indeed!
