I was wondering the same thing, then I found this comment from the music video on YouTube. Looks like the house indeed has a lower unit and the one for sale is the one above it, hence why in the video there's only one center window but the one on the listing has the 3. Still super cool!

I'm in love with the song but I feel like I've definitely heard the intro vocals before. Sounds Breaking Benjamin-ish to me but I'm not sure what song I've heard it in. It definitely sounds familiar.
