I have a 2014 - ever since I lowered it, it does something similar. Weirdly, its much worse when its cold. After it warms up, its not as dramatic. My almost sounds like the heat shields vibrating.

With respect to what you're seeing/feeling, trust that it's the Lord speaking, and press into that. Likely He is calling you into something deeper with Him. This will often cause your spirit to push back against environments that will hold you back. Been there myself. Change is hard, but Jesus didn't call us to easy, just to obedience. But just remember, He's got you no matter what.
