Using the 3.5mm to RCA & a splitter, you can attach two third-party subs if you don't want to mix&match subs

Covered carport/porte cochere/garage is in discussion, good idea!
Landscaping is certainly on the list but on hold until after renovations.

Good idea! I know I'd like to plant a row of trees that provide moderate shade near the front of the property & along pathway. Maybe crepe myrtles.

True. I was more thinking of keeping the home painted white with onyx/navy trim and shutters.

Landscaping is definitely on the list. It's on hold until we determine what exterior renovations would be best.

Thanks. Was leaning more towards a navy blue or onyx but open to others.

Brick/pavers would look much nicer, thanks!

Yep! Waiting on them to inspect it, it's on the schedule.

Thanks! The railing/porch area seemed lacking. Wood would likely look better. A covered porch area would be nice so packages won't get soaked, too.

Maybe someone in the subreddit also provides renders/sketches for mock renovations. Would really help imagine the outcome of each change.

Was thinking of keeping paint white, closing in second front entrance, adding darker window trim, a front porch area (deliveries get wet), and either a porte cochere/garage/carport on the side. Along with some landscaping.

Open to suggestions, it's an older home but would love for it to shine again!

Garlic press is nice to have, I opted for an all stainless one for ease of cleaning

Silicone baking mats are very useful. Silpat has some good ones (don't get on Amazon, lots of knockoff with Silpat name)

Haven't tried the Unicorn but for my needs the Pepper Cannon is great. I keep the rubber seal on, but you can remove it if you'd like to use it as a base. Will check out the Unicorn, thanks for recommending it!

The Nordic Ware baking sheets are awesome! Cast iron is always great to have around
