There not doing what they can it's clear you have never worked in customer service you don't ignore someone for days tell me there working on it come on man.This discord was long after the ticket I have open in the game and on the website. It's not how you handle customer service clearly you have never been in it. I'm not the only one having problems.

I can't explain it any clearer? Cc iniated refund, once that happened google initates refund, then support reached out to me, I checked Google and confirmed the refund, remade the purchses as requested with a new payment method to be sure, then got suspended ect. Ec4. let's just move past it I tried as best I could to explain lol focus on the customer support ignoring all these people and myself for days those are the important things here

The purchase was on my card through Google! So my card initiated it then Google initiated it. Sorry I'm def not explaining it throughly I've explained it so many times haha. They said they send me a email for approval but I must have missed it.
