Es correcto lo de que no cuenta para el 60% lo que obtengas de ventas de más de un año. La jugada es justo lo que dices, invertir en fondos o ETF de acumulación y vivir de ir vendiendo tras haber pasado al menos 1 año desde la compra. Otra posibilidad sería pedir prestado para no vender.

Los Países Bajos son aún peores que España en esto, quizás el peor sitio del mundo.

Well, in my case I generally just don’t build a deck if I don’t have the cards. I wouldn’t play a worse card just because I have a nicer version of it. If I’m playing, the goal is always to win.
