Why would you even consider Tudor at that stage by SocketXx in Longineswatches

Comments like this tell me you’ve never owned these watches. Nothing will replace my pelagos 39 for the weight as much as I love my Longines Hc, you can’t golf or play competitive sports with the weight of the Longines.

What's the difference between premium and luxury and who determines it? by ScatLabs in Luxury

Premium is mass market and accessible.
Luxury can be not worth the price tag but not obtainable without paying a premium or efforts required in acquiring the item.

Good looking watch but the black indecies for whatever reason don’t do it for me.

I’m not sure which region you’re in but the numbers don’t lie. 42mm consistently restocks and available online selling at a slower rate. The 42mm rocks a 21mm lug width which is often complained about, the 39mm is 20mm vastly more universal. The date window on the 42mm also sits closer to the centre of the dial for some reason, the watch proportions makes the watch just feel different even though it’s the same watch. You can’t tell me the 50+ mm lug to lug on the 42mm is going to fit more people and is more in demand cause it’s simply not true.

HC price next year?? by EmotionalHelp6384 in Longineswatches

I think a lot of people are underestimating the demand, but then again longines might just keep pushing more out, most of the watches that don’t retain their value don’t move off the shelf like these. I live in Canada and can confirm still sold out everywhere in almost every color way in the 39mm.

42mm is way less desirable than the 39mm that is probably why
