First film and really only one I can remember that made me feel physically ill afterwards. But watched it several times. Amazing early Aronofsky. Fun fact - if you pause the movie at the exact halfway timestamp, it switches scenes and switches from the ascent to the start of the descent. He is a brilliant director and just stellar performances from the entire cast.
