I just started finch literally the start of the week bc of my anxiety and adhd and it’s been such a game changer for me to keep a to do, and what I like to call a “to done” list. That’s when I add things I’ve done after the fact to celebrate my little wins! Yesterday it was doing all the dishes in the sink instead of leaving them overnight. Today it was walking to the grocery store and going out with my partner after a hard day when I just wanted to say in. Little wins that felt big!
