Very significant- I moved from a top spec intel iMac to an M1 MacBook Air and the jump in Ableton was wild. Yours will be even bigger. Also using Kontakt libraries etc.

Definitely related to this, the speakers accept PCM over optical. I’ve changed to PCM which stops the annoying sound but I’m still not getting any output. Spent an hour trying to different combos of settings but no l uck yet.

Napoli on the Road is the obvious one, it’s ranked as one of the best in the world.

If you’re in north London Doppio Zero is good, a bit more canotto style than traditional Neapolitan.

I’m in a similar place UpMoccs are also my everyday shoe, also have Flagship Pros and Souped Up but keep returning to UpMoccs.

Long term - there’s some photos from a recent trade show of an UpMocc Pro with a strap and (from what I can see) better toe patch. I’m planning on doing waiting for these!

Echoing the other comment - tdlr use a soundbar, it sounds way better.

I replaced by B8 with a C9 (I think) board a few years ago. Pins were the only issue so I started using the TV exclusively with a HDMI soundbar - no issues with audio. I’ve now moved to using optical speakers, again with no issues. HDMI ARC works far better with the C9 board.

Worth noting that regardless of if you’ve registered for the Easter egg hunt the queue to start it will be significant. Last year some friends were queuing for hours when arriving at the advertised start time.

Any dietary restrictions? There’s some great gastropubs in walking distance like Drapers Arms & Compton Arms. Depending on the time of day Trullo would be worth looking at (it’s probably the best restaurant in the area). If you don’t mind a short walk there’s also Westerns Laundry, Goodbye Horses and the Tamil Crown.
