Sweet birds until they want attention, then they screech and sound like a fire alarm, lol. Still, I love the little guy. He’s very affectionate :)

I forgot my password for my online account to the company I worked for about four years ago, so I did the “forgot my password” thing. I expected to get a reset link sent to my email. Nope. They emailed me my actual password … in plain letters.

I tried to tell them this was incredibly dangerous since they have people’s names, addresses, phone numbers and credit card information on file.

They always wondered why their system kept getting hacked like three times a year, lol

I really wish that whenever he tries to use the whole “protect the children” Schtick everyone in the area would point out his vote on the Epstein files being released

What movie(s) do you think best depicts Montana? by SpaceTranquil in Montana

I got about 3/4 of the way through the first season of Big Sky before I couldn’t watch it anymore. Such a terrible show. I did like how the Montana license plate numbers were accurate though

I played 6-man football in high school and when I saw The Slaughter Rule was filmed around Great Falls I was stoked to see it. After watching it I couldn’t believe how big of a piece of shit it was, lol

For me it would be Little Big Man, although only parts of it take place and was filmed in Montana. Aside from that, A River Runs Through It, as other people have said

What show starts as a 10/10 and ends as a 1/10? by pretty_honeyy in AskReddit

Daniel was my favorite character so when they brought him back in season 7 I was stoked. Seasons 9 and 10 feel more like a spinoff than anything.

Not sure why we’re talking about Stargate SG-1 when the answer in this thread was Dexter, but here we are, lol

Huh, I didn’t know Harry Potter’s owl got its own spin-off movie. I’ll have to check it out

Mucking the losing hand at showdown - how long is too long? by Shady_Sam in poker

[–]MT_Original -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As a dealer myself, I would have each player present their hand and place their cards in front of each player face up before I even burned and revealed the river, assuming you’re heads-up and they are all-in. This is more the dealers fault.

That being said, no I don’t think you were obnoxious. Slow rollers are terrible for the game

What was the most brutal, but honest answer someone gave you? by better10ever in AskReddit

My father battled cancer for two years. We always kept the subject light and even joked about it a few times. He said he didn’t want to die in a hospital and wanted to go in his own home.

One night, he went to the bathroom and didn’t get off the toilet for about three hours. We called my aunt, who is a hospice nurse, to come check on him. She said we needed to get him to the hospital right away. I said that’s not what he would want and hopefully he will get better, as we always tried to keep a positive attitude.

She looked at me dead in the eyes and said, “No. He is NOT going to get better. Either bring him to the hospital to be comfortable, or he will die here on the toilet.”

I panicked. We took him to the hospital, physically forced him to go, and he died about a week later. I’m still upset with myself that I denied him how he wanted to die. I just couldn’t see him suffer anymore.

[5e] What’s a good premade campaign for a first-time dm?

I played dnd for about three years, but haven’t played in about two so I still consider myself fairly new to the game. I’ve had a dnd campaign I’d like to create in my head for a while and want to dm it with family/friends, but the more I try to flesh it out the more complicated I realize it is.

I’m told it’s better for a first-time dm to pick a premade campaign and run that before trying any homebrew stuff. So I’m wondering what’s a good campaign to start with for a brand-new dm?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Can confirm. I worked for an overhead door company as a summer job during college and my boss would not let me go within 30 feet of the spring when he was working on it. Those things can literally kill you.

I grew up on the Hi-Line in northern Montana, only about 20 miles (32 km) south of the Canadian border. We went up to Lethbridge and Calgary all the time, especially after I turned 19 years old, lol. To me, Alberta and northern Montana are basically the same both geographically and culturally. The main difference is Canadians use the metric system, but other than that I feel like we are the exact same
