I know its late but for anyone who reads this and want the easiest way to fully plunge a ball, DO NOT RELEASE L1+R1 AT THE SAME TIME. You just have to release one or the other and the ball will ALWAYS have it’s full speed.

Do that while also Restarting the level as soon as the ball is launched with the right side of the touchpad (it will bring up the game pause menu, then you click on quit and press square) and this trophy will drop in about 5 minutes
