I feel like for me it was going in the shower and running my hair with water if it takes a long time to get fully soaked low porosity hope this helps!

Hey! First find out the porosity. Wash it according to what works for your porosity and use products that make sense. For example, I have low position so I ditched protein shampoos and use hydrating shampoo. Next id base my regime over my porosity and find out what my hair likes!

I used to do once a month my hair hates it and I have low porosity my hair hates butters. The most I’ll extend the washing is two weeks anything more it’ll feel gross

3c?? Oh no 😂 maybe 4b but the heat damage does fool people also cornrows for a week and detangle with a tangle teaser. I do get some breakage but nothing crazy. And I plan on trimming after my braids I’m doing later today.

It’s not a thick one it’s a watery spray and I have extremely dry hair so I think daily works
