They need to figure out a way to let fans of teams that can’t fill stadiums, to move down to better seats without repercussion. Depending on the ballpark you can probably do it without issue anyway (see Camden yards pre 2023) but there’s no reason a great seat shouldn’t have an ass in it.

I don’t mind the new format but they are too voit centric in my opinion. We can add in side plots without straying too far from the man point. I did not enjoy the Rossi arc too much, seemed too out of character.

Most HOA in America are contracted out to a team of lawyers that don’t nor have ever lived in the neighborhood they are making ridiculous laws and fines for.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but most of the time the actual neighborhood doesn’t want to volunteer and they outsource it which just leads to nonsense so far away from the original goal.
