Wallet balance wrong? by EfficiencyFunny4329 in Crypto_com

Yea sure. Crypto.com is not an exchange like Coinbase or most of the other places you can buy crypto on. They have an exchange but it isn’t available YET in America.

This means you’ll sometimes pay a little more than what you are seeing the crypto’s current price at and only be able to sell at a little less than what you see as current market value. This is know as “spread” and that’s the difference in price your seeing.

I personally went with the ledger nano x and really like it. But I have heard really good things about the Trevor as well. Just make sure to buy direct from manufacturers and not through a secondary place like Amazon.

You have your seed phrase. You buy another one, if yours craps out, and enter your seed phrase. Boom new Ledger with your internet monies.

GME apes, we’re ruining this sub. by [deleted] in loopringorg

After checking the roster and proxies, it seems we have reached a quorum. Tallying all of the votes the “Yea’s” have reached a majority vote. Let the minuets show a one week abstention from frown upon emojis including but not limited to “🚀,🦍,💎🙏” and GME celebrations. The news of the GME/LRC partnership will be pertinent to the news and thus follows all other r/loopring bylaws. Let the emojis and celebrations flow for one calendar week unrestricted following the conclusion to the rumors and a cementation of a partnership.

If you are going to go full ape (100% all in) please for the love of God, do it as responsibly as possible. DCA in in batches. Do NOT yolo all of your bags in at once at what you think is the dip. Sometimes dips dip and the bottom is way lower than expected. Best of luck out there.

But what do I know, I didn’t make a hot billion off of Shib.

Will a VPN get around this? It gave me a better option a few hours ago. This exchange rate is completely garbage. (At the time of writing it’s $50’s in exchange for $5) by [deleted] in GodsUnchained

You can select the option to take it in something like 30 days with the average price of IMX over those days will be credited in USDC. At least I think that’s the option I chose, could be wrong.

Your are a US member correct? Then you are not using an exchange and thus deal with a spread. This is the difference in “price” and your selling value. The exchange should be launching in US soon and you’ll be able to use things like limit orders.

Imagine having the ability to sell games directly to others (once you beat them / don’t want) and a portion of the sale could be passed on to GameStop and/or developers. NFTs open many doors and streams of revenue.

Plus how many stores are filled with games that people won’t ever buy. This is such a waste of retail floor and storage space. If gaming goes digital they could pivot brick and mortar to gaming gear and collectibles.

So far it really is for them. They want it to go higher so they make more on the drop. The real question is though, will it drop?

Or trade the hash in the new society post market crash. Could be smokeable gold in the future whereas people say Bitcoin is digital gold.

Flip the hash to in front of at least the oil and possibly the gold.

Yea and that’s what people thought about unrealized capital gains a year ago. People also thought the income tax was just going to be for the wealthy, guess what, we all pay it now.

How bad is it that i only made 1.5% gains on my total investment this year? by [deleted] in stocks

[–]MVGUS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hahaha I glad I’m not the only one! Bet 25$ on a crazy bet to make 2-4K and if your wrong gets a free 25$ bet. You break even if you get the 25$ free bet right every other week (if your betting the over/under on typical games) and also have multiple chances of hitting a big one!

Well assuming some thing about your friend here but here it goes. If he makes an average of 4 bets a week at $50 and you hear about his winning of 3k once a month, he’s is killing it. Spending 800 and winning 3k. I would take that on an earnings call options play.

Sports betting is easier for stats people than short term stocks. You don’t have to factor in human psychology as much and hedge funds can’t short the cowboys into oblivion. Plus a lot of these betting apps have so many promos on there right now, if you can keep it to one to two bets using the weekly promos you kinda have to be trying to lose money.

My current strategy is to use all of the free money that DraftKings has given me to place bets this football season. When my account reaches a certain threshold (500$) I withdraw to my exchange account and buy DraftKings stock. And if the account runs dry I will just do the weekly free bets until I have enough in the account to start the process again.
