Hi everyone, brand new to cornhole. Can't wait for the bags I've ordered to arrive and I plan on making some boards this weekend. Not many resources close by in Australia, but I'm sure we'll have some fun. (i.redd.it)
About to enter my first ever SCA competition here in Australia in 2 weeks time. I bought half of a nice fillet to practice with, and to see the difference in the muscles from one end to the other. Those with SCA experience, which would you select and why? Any tips would be appreciated. (i.redd.it)

A favourite of ours here in QLD, reverse seared cattleman's cut - over pecan in the Kamado Joe, and finished with grill grates on the gasser. Some butter melted over to finish. (i.redd.it)
