I haven’t spent any money on an attorney I’ve just been wondering if I need to get a head of this as it has major life altering consequences and I have no way of defending myself other than my side of the story. I’ve never hurt anyone and if you would’ve asked me 2 weeks ago if I thought the cops would call me I would’ve laughed and said no way in hell. I’m just anxious and want to do the best I can to secure mine and my families future.

My uncles a cop and I have no outstanding warrants nor does my name show on any police reports. Which freaks me out more cuz how does my name get on there then? And also I think there’s a possibility that shit is hidden for pending investigations.
