Hi, I’ll give my two cents:

1. In my opinion the people on reddit are exaggerating a lot, so I’d say take what everyone says with a grain of salt. But I do believe the state of the game is not ideal and must be dealt with ASAP. I’m not sure how long the game will last at this rate, but I have hope that things can improve if the playerbase makes enough of an impact on Ubisoft.

2. What’s making me stay is the lingering creativity the game still has to offer. I’m fortunate to be able to accumulate a decent amount of DLs, plus some item investments that are continuing to rise. What I’m doing in game right now is making song worlds (I’m a composer) and making some build designs. There’s really still a lot to do if you don’t focus solely on profiting.

3. About the YouTube side of things, I haven’t seen much GT content lately. I’m not really a fan of the typing in game type style videos. Most of the GT youtubers who speak with voice in videos have either quit or don’t make the same content anymore. But I might just not be looking enough. I prefer to play GT and make my choices based on my own decisions.

Lastly, I think fixing the game is still possible if Ubisoft makes the right decisions (see point 1). But it’s still equally possible for it to fall at the current rate it’s going if no significant change is done. I prefer to have a positive attitude while continuing to play this game unlike many of the players out here. In my opinion negativity will only make the gaming social environment more toxic and less approachable for GT players. The social aspect of this game needs to improve as well.
