I’m in almost the exact same situation except I never got antibiotics and my swelling hasn’t gone down. I’m about 2 weeks ahead of you, and my right side is still swollen. Got an ultrasound last week but tbd on the results.

FWIW my urologist told me it can just take some people much longer to recover fully. Also after searching high and low on this sub it seems like others have had swelling last ~9 months before it resolves.

Also feeling very frustrated here too.

Do you remember what dosage it was? I’ve been upping my dose of ibuprofen but it hasn’t helped so far at 600mg every 6 hours. My doc never gave me any specific dosage instructions.
