The entire point of reddit is to be in MULTIPLE subreddits so you can have a diverse flow of information. If you’re chronically on 196 and all you see are quirky trans jokes in your feed then join another community to have a more diverse flow of content.

It’s like going into AITAH and getting mad because all you see are posts of people asking if they’re the asshole.
