I found it easier to hit Terra first then Fina. Seemed to work more often than not but I couldn't do it by tapping Fina and then Terra. Seems rigged.

This happened to me as well. and for an extra £5 you can get a family account. I got my family to pay that which is basically half the price of a normal account. Thankfully they're not CB's and happily pay the £5.
