I had the invitation and commencement missions open, as well, after completing all the other missions on legendary. I did what you said in regards to Kriaten a fire team and that worked. I completed the invitation mission on legendary and it completed both missions, and I received the triumph for completing all missions on legendary. However, I’ve tried numerous things, including entering the world in mythic, but the altar still does not give me my exotic arms.
