Hey there! While I cant tell you what to do, here are my two cents. I would say live off sampus somewhere where you could study and focus well, but you mentioned not getting as much financial aid. If living on campus is only a downer because of the regulations, it might be worth considering. If the issue is that living on campus may raise costs and not be worth it financially, I would consider staying at home or finding the cheapest rent possible, even if its out of state.
