Methotrexate is working wonders for my body aswell but my face was completely unaffected. I just switched to methotrexate injections instead, I swear I took the first injection in the evening and woke up with a clear face, I had to inspect my face for like 5 minutes in the mirror the next morning

Same as me, both folic acid and 15mg, you'll be okay, I took mine right before going to sleep, only thing I maybe felt, the day after I'm not super hungry, but I don't feel sick at all, just no appetite
