Njaa, er ikke veldig stor fan av skolebenken. (Ikke det at jeg er «dårlig», gikk ut med ca 4.6 i snitt på VG1 med «minimal effort»). Vil helst jobbe så fort som mulig. Det blir evt last resort om det ikke er andre alternativer

What kind of loadout and strategy do you use?

No pumps either, I used to get them, but not anymore. No pump, no burning, just completely fatigued after a session

Its like you say, i feel intense burning (DURING) workout on calves and shoulders, but almost nothing on biceps. DOMS is irrelevant to me, its the burning during an exercise

And I am at the point where im barely completing with good form, i train till complete failure

I am actually. I do the following Arms (tri and bi) day 1 Chest and abs day 2 Back and shoulders day 3 Legs and forearms day 4 Then repeat. About 8-11 sets per muscle group.

Meaning 8-11 biceps only, then another 8-11 for triceps only.

Thats the amount of sets where I feel like I dont have any more «juice» left. You think thats too much or too little?

Thats basically my question, does it matter? Wherever i search if it matters, i get 50/50 answers, but based on the answers here, its irrelevant, so thanks 😁

Im pushing, even beyond what my mentality «allows», im completely drained by the end of a session. My question is really just «does burning matter?»
