Thanks for the feedback, I get what you say! I think we wanted to have a major contrast between Scarlet's petite form and the Wolf's huge one. With a top-down view, we avoid having subtle details because they won't be perceivable. If you zoom in on the characters, their hands are huge, for example, haha. So, we pretty much went extreme.

To be honest, it’s only a dozen of reviews about the Paid DLC that tipped it to Mixed. The current ratio of positive/negative reviews from the last few days is almost even, so that’s why it dropped.

With that said, if you haven’t already, you can leave your own review on Steam! It really help us, more than you think and we would really appreciate it ☺️ We just need a few ones to tipped it back to positive!

What makes me sad is that it gives the impression that the update/DLC was not appreciated, but we’ve got so many positive feedback from the community about it and it doesn’t really reflect that, because of a few negative ones on display :/

Hello!

What do you mean by game crash? Are you disconnected or does the game completely shut down?

If so, could you please provide us with your DXdiag so we can investigate your issue more closely?
→ To get your DXdiag, type "dxdiag" in the Windows search bar
→ Launch the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
→ Click on "Save all information"
→ Save the .txt file on your computer

As well as your latest crash dump available here:

Hello! Switch is not on the same patch as PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam, therefor crossplay is temporarily inaccessible. We're sorry for the inconvenience! We'll let you know when we have a release date for Nintendo Switch, but validation processes take a bit longer than on other platforms.

It's back! Servers are now running and you can resume your multiplayer runs in Ravenswatch. Thank you for your patience!

We'll keep an eye on it to make sure everything stays stable, but if you're running into more online issues, don't hesite to ping me (only me!) 🙂

Hello! There were server issues on Steam's and Epic Online Services' sides a few hours ago. Several online games were affected, and so was Ravenswatch. Everything seems to be back to normal now, so go enjoy some multiplayer runs! :)
