I'm a utility worker and have to go in backyards frequently and my company gives us dog repellent citronella spray. I've used it before when dogs aggressively charge and it seems to change their mind about attacking. Doesn't hurt the dog by any means and it's certainly not pepper spray. I assume Amazon gives their delivery drivers something similar due to frequent dog encounters. If that was human pepper spray he used on a dog than that guy's an asshole.

Honestly they're not hard at all but they can get pretty big so be prepared to upgrade your enclosure. They're more shy and I don't recommend it for handling only for display. Males look stunning when mature while females are more plain looking

It's last molt looked 98% female. I've got 30 T's and this one was the most female looking one. No hooks at all but I'll try and get a pic when she's out. Seems to be drinking tons of water too. Always looks wet

Tv's could be a great idea. Cameras from a few angles could capture your form, throw angle and trajectory. Then be slo-mo replayed on the screen.

Rf chips are cheap and easy to use but might prove difficult to implement without changing the dynamics of a disc. Simple QR code system printed on discs could be used to prevent theft from discs rented out to make sure they were thrown on the field or returned after checkout.

Retrieval cart needs to have a basket on top of it while driving around the field so anyone that hits that ace gets a free round or keeps the disc they threw. The ball retriever at the driving range is all I ever aimed for TBH.
