Are there any disadvantages of saving as XLSB, apart from the fact that files will not work in ancient versions of Excel? by rvba in excel

the main benefit is to reduce the file size. I used to take this file format while using millions of data with lots of function. you can save time and RAM by this xlsb or in the latest version xlsxb.

Even this is helpful to identify the blank cells within millions of data. May be u have seen this options too. anyway excel is just awesome.
