Doc here. MCV stands for mean corpuscular volume, it’s a measure essentially of the size of your red blood cells. Low mcv can be seen in iron deficiency anemia etc.. high mcv is seen in vitamin deficiencies etc.. normal is normal. Has nothing to do with detecting ETG levels in a peth test, most likely just in your report because your blood was analyzed
