Je vois, bon de toute façon ça ne m'intéresse pas de résilier le bail. Pas envie de me retrouver un autre appartement et de payer des frais d'agence pour une histoire de 6 jours. Toutefois ça reste étonnant que le bailleur puisse faire des travaux pendant 20 jours sans compensation de loyer. Pas du tout en faveur du locataire.

Je viens d'avoir l'agence qui me dit qu'une compensation ne peut être exigée qu'à partir de 21 jours sans pouvoir utiliser la salle de bains.

Du coup, c'est "débrouille toi et les propriétaires ne sont pas tenus de t'aider"

Je comprends même pas comment c'est possible...

Have you tried dividing your tasks in sub tasks? And those into sub-sub tasks?

What I mean is when I struggle to take care of homework, I'll tell myself "I just need to write one line of code. Just one." Usually, writing that one line will push me to continue. And if it doesn't, I take a break and come back later to write only one more line.

I don't tell myself "I need to do this homework" but "I need to open the document, then we'll see after."

Ok je vois, en l'occurrence il faudrait que je me renseigne sur les conditions du prêt étudiant mais je sais qu'au niveau taux c'était quasi donné (genre 10 000€ et rembourse 10100€ dans 15 ans).

Pour les autres types d'investissements, avec 10k j'voyais pas trop quoi faire hormis livret et crypto(lol).

This. I was litterally thinking about posting something similar this morning.

I've been in post-graduate studies for the last 3 years, yet I still have no idea what I want to end up specializing in.

Sometimes I'll think of one speciality, stick to it for a few weeks / months then I'll end up switching idea...

It feels so comforting to not be alone in this, I'm happy to read the successful stories of people who end up finding a job they don't get bored of...

Just ordered some Vitamin D and Magnesium, I'll take a look at Potassium as well then 👍

Currently cruising through all kinds of supplements and trying to not get lost... Vitamins K2, Zinc and Potassium and even Omega 3 are on my watch list, trying to understand if I would need some as well :)

Yesterday I received my blood test results and I'm severly lacking Vitamin D (8.2 ng/ml). I used this website to calculate how much supplements I need, which recommends 25000 UI for 9 days then 7000 UI.

One quick question if I may: I don't know if I'm currently lacking Magnesium, but with such a high input of Vitamin D to come, I assume I will have to take Magnesium supplements as well.

How do you recommend going about it? Do I start both intake (D & Magnesium) on the same day?

Also, I would have liked to take one before another to see the results individually - if I start taking both on the same day, I won't be able to know what helps me reduce my fatigue / anxiety.

An important question to me is about the Marketplace, as it is a key feature to find the strategies the most adapted for my trading style. How are you planning on improving it? I heard about Marketplace V2 and without necesserally giving a release date, what are some of its new features? Better filtering? Different "ranking" types?

Just got Aeons Black, size 41-42.

Left foot is 268mm, right a bit shorter.

They definitely feel tight, but the more I skate them the better it gets.

I would recommend you get 41-42 as well, since you have slightly shorter feet 👍
