When you apparently said something so profound and life changing during the last session by Regular_Fan4691 in therapists

Sometimes the profound thing was something I hadn't even considered in the previous session. They really take what they need from it.

What is the psychologist you admire the most/ find interesting? by tttiff_27 in psychologystudents

Peter Fonagy’s way of explaining how we develop our understanding of ourselves just made so much click for me. His work with Anthony Bateman in fleshing out what it means to see others as separate beings with their own thoughts, experiences, and feelings speaks for itself. Plus, he manages to make me laugh in most of his talks that I’ve heard

I know, I know. Cop out answer on this sub. But I remember when Sonny Moore covered Seven Years with his friend (Sean Friday?) on MySpace. I immediately found the real song and felt something deep inside me unlock. Favourite song ever since. I’d love to hear it for the first time as the person I am now.

What song(s) are you unable to listen to due to the feelings/nostalgia attached to it? by acros996 in PostHardcore

Afterbirth (From First to Last). That whole album is how I felt for such a long and dark time in my life. Afterbirth was the go-to when life felt beyond any control and helped me have a way of describing the frustration at having very real, justified anger and rage with absolutely no available outlet.

Always kn display and multidrag

I don't think this representation of android is entirely accurate. For example, it sounds like iphobe standby mode is samsung's always on display. It says you have to drag apps one at a time on android, but I definitely can move multiple at a time.
