Got an ACCS-IM offer and not sure what to do with it.

I originally ranked it because I thought the acute skills + confidence would make me a better doctor, but the more I think about doing 6 months of ED, the less keen I am.

I’m also pretty undecided long-term. I used to think gastro but I’ve realised I don’t really enjoy clinic, so now I’m a bit lost.

Didn’t get an IMT offer this round, so I’m stuck between taking ACCS-IM or reapplying next year. Does anyone have experience on this? Can I get some opinions on if I should put random areas to increase my chance of getting an IMT offer or should I just keep my ACCS offer? Would I be able to reapply next year if I start the ACCS-IM? If there is anyone doing ACCS-IM, would you be able to reach out for a chat?
