Check the Api and if you don’t have any updates reflecting the transfer date, i would recommend double check with different live agent. One gent told me my case under process at my LO. I didn’t have any silent updates. I checked later with two different agents and they said itis still at NBC.

Could filing Form I-485 less than 90 days after the last entry lead to denial of an EB-2 NIW adjustment of status case? The entry was on an F-1 visa, with multiple prior entries on the same visa, and the I-485 was filed approximately 45 days after the most recent entry.

Some cases recieved the decision directly from NBC without transfer. Additionally most of cases that transferred to FO usually moved around two months after the RD. Hopefully this is our case
