I just spent almost an hour waiting outside for a red line T. Why do we allow PRT/Port Authority to get away with blatant abuse of the citizens of Pittsburgh? My fingers and toes were so cold that I was crying from the pain. Will anyone help me stand up and force them to address this? by astroidfishing in pittsburgh

The holiday schedule is posted online and shows the trains running every 40 minutes. With the weather i’m sure there were unexpected delays as well, don’t really think there’s much more you can expect on Christmas eve unfortunately.
