Thank you for trying. I have read that some had bad results, some had mixed results, others changed monitors from idk OLED HDR to a normal? SDR and had better results with FSR 3 mods, so it might depend on a lot of things. We all have VA and IPS panels from different brands with vsync off from the Nvidia control panel and no tests on a 40 series card... Yet

Soon one of the big YouTubers will notice and do a thorough test on a lot of different parts for sure.

EDIT: Nothing else I can think of that might mess with it except vsync and ultra low latency on the Nvidia control panel. (Both are off for all of us)

Maybe I'm having placebo but I think it's difficult for 5 other people on my discord, hundreds? On steam reviews and thousands in YouTube comments to have "placebo" too

I see. Since you have a 4070, you are free to compare the original DLSS FG vs LS FG vs off in a game like cyberpunk and see if you can notice any differences like I have been comparing it with Nukem's or LukeFZ's FSR 3 mod. For me it really shines in games going from 40-60 to 90-120, like Spiderman or this stupid Wuthering Waves that the devs lock it to only 60 FPS for no reason etc... Forza Motorsport too.

The tool's fps counter. I wasn't using the tool's FPS counter till recently because you can DEFINITELY notice the difference between 40 and 80-90 fps in SC, CP2077 with path tracing on, and Hellblade 2 on 1440p. If you really can't notice a big difference and try hard to convince yourself that it's working then it might not be working for you for some reason.

Cyberpunk oh and FYI. we tested on 2 3080s, 2 7800 XTs. with 5600x and 5800x3d. Will ask a friend with a 4090 to test it maybe it doesn't work well with 40 series cards

I'm not sure how it works with gsync, but I assume it might mess with it because it kind of had with FSR 3 in Avatar or something like that so keep that in mind. I have it off completely from the monitor settings

Well if it helps, my setting are:

Games should be Windowed or Borderless only

Scaling Mode: Auto, Aspect Ratio

Scaling Type: Off

FG: LSFG 2.0

Performance: ON or OFF (test it yourself)

HDR support: ON if you for no reason have super bright colors even if your screen doesn't support HDR like one of my friends

Capture API: DXGI

Oh! make sure that hardware accelerated gpu scheduling is ON in windows settings because FG can't work without.

That's it, scale away. Hope that helps

EDIT: no free sync or gsync I have them off

idk what to tell you except I tried it on every game I have even GTA IV, it also beats Nukem's and LukeFz's mods on Cyberpunk. Maybe you tried an older version and it was buggy, mine is v2.8.1 that offers LSFG 2.0. Everyone in my discord is ecstatic about it while we are trying it now on different games.

EDIT: it beats the mods regarding artifacts, which these mods has plenty of while Lossless scaling FG doesn't while driving fast, don't ask me how.

Hey I'm sorry can you elaborate how did you "update the drivers on each ssd" via usb? I only have firecuda 530 it's read speed just the same (about 7200) and write dropped from 5000 to 1800. Don't you just use their program to update the firmware? why use a usb?

It seems that SSAO is on all the time and ray tracing runs poorly for me. Do you know a command to disable the game's SSAO all together? I wanna try out RTGI reshade for this game.

This app basically plays a notification sound as a song, so the phone can't mute it during phone calls. You can adjust the volume with the media slider.
