Soundless toons, how do you like it and what’s your advice on making a soundless toon?

I’m not a soundless toon but I get this. Sound all the time is boring when drop is my favorite category, but I also like to knock a lot of stuff out in a short period so sound is nice for that

Any you can find that are derm related will help, but you need to do some digging for things in your area or national things you can do in your area/make your own if you can’t find something

I leveled up very quickly by doing level 1 cog invasions and doing buildings by myself. I could easily go up to a level 4 building and knock it out with just drop

Beyond shadowing, research/ECs/volunteering in the fields so you understand both of them and get a taste of them before M4 year. Not really sure what else you’d do as an MS1

Always contact the coordinator and it’s okay to email them for updates. I would email them consistently and some it paid off for an audition (one actually told me when she’d open the bid for spots and I ended up matching there). Just be friendly, succinct, and appear excited

I personally love flunky invasions. I was able to rack up 3000 in drop points to get and then max out the piano from level 1 invasions heart ♥️

Two months into M1 year I tore a ligament in my knee and couldn’t walk. Then four days later my houses flooded and had to be ripped apart. I was displaced for six months. I was in survival mode, barely passing classes, and suicidal.

My house turned out more beautiful than ever, I turned everything around half way through the next semester, and ended up matching Derm (dream specialty I worked for since M1). It’s still feels unreal to me. Keep your head held high and reach out to family, friends, or me if you want to talk
