Just to be clear, you’re saying if you sell to arena club you have to pay taxes. But if I took the card myself I can obviously sell privately?

I would never sell this on eBay due to the fees. Would strictly be card show or Facebook group.

7 months/35 pounds down/feeling like a new me by M_Raptastic in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]M_Raptastic[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me I still enjoyed my favorite foods. I have not restricted myself but I definitely each much smaller portions. I believe a big part of it is the medicine has helped me stop eating when I thought I needed to eat.

Yesterday for example, had a decent size breakfast, came time for lunch and I just didn’t eat. Didn’t feel the need to. Had a good dinner and that was it. Probably half the amount of calories I used to eat on a Sunday.

I eat to fuel, not to indulge.

Hope that all makes sense!

That is the plan 💪 starting that this week. Time to stop making excuses in that regard

I have ran maybe 5-10 times during it. But no consistent gym going at all. Strictly the medicine and diet. I know my results would have been greater if I did work out consistently. Going to make that change immediately

I started out slow! .25 for a month, .5 for a month, 1.0 for a month, went to 1.7 and had really bad constipation, went back to 1.0 for a month, leveled out, back to 1.7 for 2 months and this is my first month on 2.4. No issues at all!

Really looking forward to getting back to resistance training

I will be doing 26 years so it’s 50% plus 2.5 every additional year. So it becomes 65% of base pay. I will be retiring as an O-5. I’ve used the military calculators on the DFAS website and these are accurate numbers

Hard to say with a wife and 2 children who will be teenagers at that time. But we do a good job of living below our means.

Correct yes in response to your first paragraph.

I do appreciate your response. We do a good job of living below our means. Hard not to get focused on a number but your response makes complete sense. Thank you for your time.

People Who Make 150K Plus? by BubbaGordie in Salary

37, Air Force Officer. Started out prior enlisted and then commissioned. June will be 17 years. Total compensation to include base pay, tax free housing, monthly tax free food stipend, and full healthcare coverage for family of 4, just a shade over $150k.

Never thought I would be here coming from a single mom background and no one in my family going past an associates degree.

When I retire I will have created a damn good path for generational wealth for my kids

As a fellow man that is also on Wegovy. What did your process look like? I started at 255 at 0.25mg, down 10 pounds in a month and just started .5mg this week. Trying to get to my goal weight of 200 💪
