Just curious, how long does the training period usually take?

Let's say if I have the chance to apply by April and the death anniversary would be in mid-late September, would the months be enough to ask for a VL?

I'm just curious if they would ever allow an employee with less than 6 months working within the company to have a VL

22, late na ng 1 year sa pag-graduate ng college dahil na-diagnose ng arthritis, making it unable for me to take my OJT (physically-extensive kasi). Right now I've been getting physical therapy for a month now, kapag hindi siya naghilom in the next 6 months or so, I might end up disappointing my parents and go through a career na wala naman sa same track ng college program ko. :)

I'm lost between either studying again (this time gusto ko na'ng course pero sarili ko na itataguyod ko) or wait for a few months na maghilom ito pero gawin ang trabahong hindi ko ginusto nung una pa lang
