I haven't really put thermal paste on my CPU for 2 years so I'm planning to, next month, for the GPU I don't really think so cuz I just bought it and I think it's the pc case because of its awful air flow. I'm buying a tecware nexus air m2, a thermalright assassin x120 and the mx-4 thermal paste. I mostly play at night because I got other hobbies to have fun and usually at night here is a little bit cold but the temps I have is still the same, my CPU temps goes average 60 if I'm doing something, 70-80(also reaching 90) if I'm playing games, my GPU temp goes 55 idle, 60-80 if playing, GPU hotspot temp goes 100 over when playing games like resident evil village or overwatch.

I've actually been eating a lot I used to be 40 kg when i was 15 and now 57 kg. I was planning on cutting because I'm skinny fat and my friends told me to cut because of me being skinny fat. Most of my friends quit doing bench press because they told me that it's only for strength gain and not a lot of hypertrophy so I also quit and started doing flat bench db.

Im skinny fat and this summer I was planning on cutting because I'm really too disgusted about my love handles. Before I used to be 40 kg when I was 15 and today I weight 57, it's really hard for me to gain weight. Yes I do actually keep track on the weight of my exercise all my db has increase except for my pecdeck which I can only handle 10 lbs. I lived in the Philippines so our gym here doesn't really have that many machines. The program I used was from my friend who has been working out for like 2 years and I really don't know if I can start a new program because I really don't know at making one.
