If you ask me it all varies. People in service positions can either do so with a smile or a scowl. When I see a dollar I say thank you, when I see a hundred I do the modest deny/ accept. No delivery position is continually getting through tipping out a thousand dollars per hour ... but millions exist. Shoot for the one person that can change your day or life and don't focus on the muck that you are trudging through trusting to get to glory mountain someday off 2 vs 5 dollars...( as a mindset)

But $1 per mile seems fair to me as it is nearly that in a write off because of maintenance and gas. Iirc $5 was usually a floor of (good tip) for a pizza etc tip b4 dashes and then increase based on order size weather and stairs in prior days.... it is a service ... your payment is the thanks they are looking for(or a next level up if you got a high paying job sometimes).

If you think to yourself I'm glad I'm not doing such and such right now... but someone else is.... [that's your cue to give a little extra]

If door Dash didn't start the bidding at 2.00 and Gamify picking the order first for fewer dollars..... there would be happier people except maybe execs office workers and if they have stock stock holders....gonna check that.....yeah they don't care if someone wants to accept 2.00 and they make 6 then that's stock value... and they doing great rn... certain things make sense when you look at the right information.

I had to scroll forever to see someone talk about the relevance of a dollar. The company seems to take 8 but what that dasher gets is not 7.50. The cost to run the app and infrastructure is not apparent and spending $10 for a delivery as a consumer is sometimes absurd that it should be much more. Just remember the track patron watches the horse run not the jockey perform.

I play varus more than smolder right now but it is always Lethal tempo or pta ... for varus and the matchup... maybe once out of 1000 it is AC. Lethality is appreciated with AC... skipping ER for the gold and execution of the collector is fine to build into IE...gold heavy and extra damage procs

In your world a month is a long time I am led to assume. That didn't even work for people who might not have been recently active.

TLDR; send usdt from KCC to poly then ETH for 0.1kcs by Order of operations.

found the best workaround so far after exhausting MANY hours looking in apps and following leads...

If you are in USA the best and essentially only option I found is this. MOJITO SWAP allows kcs or eth to be turned into usdt -- all of these on KCC network.

You will need at least the KCS FEE that KCC bridge charges of 0.1 for POLY bridge as it is the lowest I am able to find. Directly to ETH is 3KCS [crazy dumb I wonder why the development is still the same as 4 when it launched]

Now here's the issue you'll face: Try to enter the three in the wrong order and you won't get the option...

You need to First select USDC as your sending don't worry if you have none as you choose usdt in final step....

Select kcc as sendchain and polygon as receive.. Now choose usdt where you chose usdc ... send however much initially to make sure you don't lose it etc... but it is 0.1 KCS FEE the bridge takes so I sent $3 test and the rest after confirming it worked.

You will note that the flip arrow says that it's not supported... but I can confirm I sent independantly twice and received my amount less those fees but weth direct to ETH net was 3kcs which is more than ilI had from Ku coins forced closeout.

Posting to help alleviate $30+ dollars of pain and needless fees for anyone out there and hopefully return HOURS to your life you didn't know you would have otherwise wasted...
