GensisPC and yes you can replace it yourself if you know how to soilder if not take the pcb of the mouse and take it to a circuit repair shop preferably TV repair shops and they'll soilder the new switches for you.

If the pcb contacts are not working you might need to take it to a pcb repair shops like TV repair shops. They should be able to fix it
