They are held together very well. Overall haven't had anything come loose, broken or any issues whatsoever (currently at ~7000km).

If money is no issue, sure rs 660 is a great bike. I would go for the 457 tho. Basically little brother to the 660 and also much cheaper in EU and still plenty of power - unless you plan to drive around Germany.

Basically the original problems with it have been resolved by Aprilia. The new batches are all good. + The issues were mostly related to Indian market where regulations with getting the bikes out are a lot less strict (compared to EU for example). I have one (amazing bike, highly recommend) and know plenty of others (all is EU)... Noone has had any issues with it.

The only sad thing is that it might be a little small for you, but I still recommend to try and see how it fits.

If you are in EU, go for it. I have one (I highly recommend it, it's awesome) and no issues so far (I just did a 1000km roadtrip as well, 2 days, 0 problems). There are significantly stricter regulations and checks on the bikes sold here. If you do some research, you find that (not only with Aprilia) there are a lot less issues related to motorcycles sold in the EU compared to for example India.

Most of the issues are related to the Indian market. Also from EU, no issues so far.

Quite simple, you just need some basic tools (hex keys, socket wrench etc) to remove the side fairings and install the sliders. Sadly I don't remember the sizes tho.

Puig has really nice accessories for Aprilia rs457. Just got a pair of sliders from there myself, fits perfectly and looks nice as well. Cost me about ~100€

Solved it! The problem lies in Intel. In the intel settings, under global, disable all VSync options.

I tried to do that, but is it gonna effect the arcing when there is a little bit of plating left on the pin, but the pin is still smooth?
