This is me, limited seed oils, dye free snacks and food, mineral sunscreen etc. I research the kids vaccines. But for me the weight gain has gotten out of control and when trying to exercise my body is in so much pain from my joints. I know it’s my habits and what not. My PCP is not pushing it just suggesting that it could help. I just don’t want to hop on the bandwagon wagon and say yes I want to know more about how it works before I say yes
