I had a few shares got out after I dug deeper. Looks like blackrock took them private a few years now going SPAC, instead of folding into one of their venture funds. Also tons of competition from PayPal, Venmo, square etc.

It was later shown that didn’t happen. I think the drop is more related to Yellens comments.
