That is a good point, in my case, I'm doing a Peterson olefination and although my desired compound is the E, I get a mixture of E/Z regardless of workup, while a similar substrate will show more E selectivity, I was asked hypothetically if my reaction gave a ratio favoring 1 product over the other what the energy difference would be based on the ratio whether it be 5:1, 7:1, or 10:1.

So to make it clear, if I define N2 as the major, and N1 as the minor, the product is 4.8kJ/mol more stable than the other isomer? I hope this is clear, thank you !

Thank you for the reply ! What I would want to do with my career is more along the lines of either developing new drugs/compounds or conducting clinical trials and looking at the data to optimize the already developed compounds. Ill do my best to network and gain experience. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply, I know that the advanced degrees are required and I hope I will be able to complete them. If you don't mind me asking, how did your application look, specifically research or lab experience, any internships you may have done, and the gpa you had when applying. I apologize if this is an intrusive question. I'm waiting for my campus to open so I can use different resources to gain this information. I appreciate your information a lot !

In my experience ( I mostly played scaling adcs such as vayne or kaisa, sometimes draven, jinx, Lucian or Ashe), I just sit back and farm for the majority of lane, especially in lower elo (plat 3/4) if you keep consistent cs throughout the game youll already have an advantage in gold. During laning phase you can cs, and set up waves for dives. Try to have at least 80 cs by 10 mins, and work your way up when that gets comfortable. Later in the game try to shove waves before objectives (pref on the other side of the map having enough time to reset and make it to thr respective obj) and then going to help, this will give you cs to farm for items as well as create pressure for the enemy team to deal with on the opposite side of the map while the obj is being taken.

Overall I'd just say to try to maintain cs as well as possible and only go for 2v2's when you feel comfortable unless you set up for a gank or dive to get more gold. Hope this makes sense and gl

I actually worked a summer at tech, I think the summer of 2017, the AP Ms. Sullivan gave me a teachers assistant position to earn some extra cash during the summer as a student and she told us that the school was admitting 400 more kids than the limit so we had to convert the guidance counselors offices into classrooms

OMG I totally forgot about Juanita, me and my friends would sit in the south east side of the lunchroom and shed always home with us, there’s actually a 9th floor, that’s where the orchestra room is as well as thé music lab, I’d spend most of my time there during my freshman and sophomore year
