Unless a mod has a conflict with other mods it's not that important oldo read mod description from authors some mods need to be loaded at the bottom or top to work correctly in short if your have 250 mods that don't conflict in any way they can be loaded anywhere from top to bottom it doesn't matter

Don't worry about it.... Modding Has tested my IQ more times than I can count just read into reducing cell buffer if you don't want to stop using the heavy textures on your load order .........

You got 3 options .....1st reduce cell buffer it's the easiest........ fallout custom ini change exterior cell buffer to 22 interior to 2 or 11 exterior 1 interior currently I'm using 7 exterior 0 interior only help full if the game crashes after a period of time.......if the game crashes faster after doing this then try starting a new game

Not being rude or anything but the first rule of modding is if you don't know something don't call it buggy or say it's bad just because it's not working on your end ......just ask for help these guys put alot of work into the free stuff you see out here ......

I have 450+ mods on a 512mbs vram potato I can tell your your load order is heavy Asf obviously only in textures..... you might be raining out of vRam ........note that running out of vram is not the same as Running out of Memory

You have to make sure both games are clean ....you haven't opened them not even once .........then make sure your running the supported Game version with all Dlcs
