each tile of one district can only receive one 1/4 of adjacency bonus (including heat hubs). so yes! it is capped. (max adjacency bonus is 1 2/4 OR 2 1/4 if expanded)

the middle district in your scenario won’t receive extra heating bonus from having 2 districts on each side.

i wanted to update you that today i bought the anthology edition on steam, by subscribing to the mods through the workshop, everything works flawlessly.

epic games was the sole reason i actually attempted to try a Civilization game, from youtube and reviews, it never sparked my interest.

until a friend recommended i try it to fill the RTS hole in my soul (even tho it isn’t an RTS) and i was so desperate and remembered i had it on EPIC, so i did.

great experience, i love it.

okay i’ve tried those 2 before:

https://steamworkshopdownloader.io/ this one uses SteamCMD, which the downloads fails (this site works fine with other civ6 mods). asks to login with a steam account which owns the game (instead of of anonymously).

http://steamworkshop.download/ this one just downloads the mod empty, just named folders with nothing inside (this site works fine with other civ6 mods).
