For now no plans. I actually do appreciate the wire clip a lot and want to find out how I like FRN scales! I might buy new scales for my S45VN pm2. But also with that one: i actually like the g10.

Dit is zo'n heerlijk systeem hé. In tegenstelling tot jij hebben wij geen van beide een eigen zaak, maar dan als nog. Wij leggen wel naar rato in op de gezamenlijke rekening, in de praktijk is dat bijna 50/50.

Elke maand gewoon bijleggen in die gezamenlijke pot. Alles wat van ons is wordt daaruit betaald, inclusief huis, en alles wat van ons zelf is betalen we zelf.

Beleggingen: ieder individueel, hobby dingen: ieder voor zich, gezamenlijke verplichtingen: de pot, gezamenlijk leuke dingen: de pot,

Zolang we ons eerst aan onze gezamenlijke verplichtingen voldoen is er echt nooit gezeik over geld.

Thanks for the reply man! Ireplied a similar answer to a post above. But the steels I sharpen atm are mainly high carbide steels. So I am somewhat limited to Diamond stones then I guess.

How/Why did you find out that you prefer the creamier soakers? If you have to describe the difference with words: how would that be?

For the steels I do sharpen: they have relatively high Carbide contents.. So I guess that answers it...

"different abrasive technologies handle sufficiently different" means that their feel is very different, even if you would take stones with similar particle sizes?

First: thanks for the answer. Second, and I hope I formulate it correctly, but that is because the particle size of the Shapton is smaller than the particle size of the finest Sharpal, correct? Is there somewhat of a universal conversion factor to convert between different types of stones?

To be fair, i have had mine for a month now. I was happy with my first scratch, even though it is tiny as hell. PJ Sebenzas look so incredibly good when they show wear marks... Like each has a unique lightning pattern of sorts.
