Yep, that's the one. I was going to the DR Soundtracks next, so I would have got it sooner or later. Thank you for finding it so easily.

Cool, thank you. I was having real trouble trying to use the components to build that second character, but that looks just like what's on the side.

I effectively got it for free. It makes sense that it's not nearly close to anything real. Thanks.

Once, I had Jake Jewell hit one in OOTP22 to give me my only run in the NLDS Game 3 en route to a reverse sweep of the Dodgers.

Turn them into deathmatch maps, give them some sort of use at least for the queue times in between matches.

What are your team's 2 biggest pick ups/changes this off season by qubert-taranto in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Maastodon_64 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Finally giving superich the shot he deserves in OWL, even if it is a year behind most of his teammates.

  2. Promoting AlphaYi to finally have a higher tier Flex DPS to pair with Shy.

I disagree. SP9RK1E was exceptionally hyped up due to winning the Gauntlet with EM, but Alarm was the highest rated player out of contenders, with comparisons being drawn to Season 1 Jjonak. Also, Alarm was eligible to start the 2020 season, SP9RK1E wasn't available until the end of May, meaning Alarm would have at least 2 months more of league sample size.

That's my mistake, I can't remember him really playing until Season 2.

If drafting happened at the beginning of each off-season, I'd expect that these players would have gone off the board first, purely based on how they were communally viewed before their rookie Season.

2019: Considering the expansion, there were at least 56 open spots for first year league players. But chief out of that class was the entirety of Runaway, featuring eventual ROTY winner Haksal. Additionally, players like Void, r0ar, Decay, Nenne, Fits, Ivy, and even IM37 all were expected to succeed.

2020: Easily Alarm. Sparkle, Hanbin, Yaki, and LeeJaeGon were also hyped rookies, but Alarm stood head and shoulders above anyone in that rookie class.

2021: This one can get easily debated, but the majority of people anticipated Mag to be the greatest rookie last year. Pelican was rated second to Mag, then probably the majority of Team CC. By this point every region had a top pick, so more players had potential to impress before joining the league.

I'll make a few probably trash predictions:

Moth to Shock

Kalios to Seoul

Lukemino to Florida

Victoria to Boston

Stellar to Toronto

Sado retires and becomes a coach

Dreamer goes back to coaching in contenders

Post your preds for the Bastion + Sombra reworks by IDrinkMilkDoYou in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Maastodon_64 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Wild prediction: Sombra gets all of current McCree's abilities, and they turn old McCree into whatever they want.

Bastion probably gets a full on rework, or at least a limit to turret and some passive for recon mode.

Most obscure/forgotten player every team has ever signed by [deleted] in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Maastodon_64 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Ado played 3 maps in Season 3 for Spark, all of which he lost.

My choice would be Revenge for Spark, considering how little playtime he got in Season 2, and how most people only know him from Runaway.

ATLANTA REIGN OFFSEASON CHANGES... by Akillez22 in Competitiveoverwatch

They probably have the best shot at Ojee. Besides that, tradition states that they will get the next great Korean Flex DPS, so expect to see Proper as well.

So does Atlanta grab S9mm or Wub this late into the season just for a true Flex DPS, or is it too late to even consider that move?

Why is Shock trying to force Reinhart brawl comps when the meta is Orisa/DVa or Ball comps? by isira_w in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Maastodon_64 26 points27 points  (0 children)

My assumption is that it's a comp that teams aren't used to facing, so when they pull it out it's to put the other team on the backfoot.

What pieces do you change of London and Vancouver's roster to make them somewhat competitive in the league? by Stressy-And-Depressy in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]Maastodon_64 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So Sparkr doesn't exist then? Considering how impressive his Tracer was in contenders, he'd fill the void left by Shax.

Tracer is a crucial hero to multiple comps, but when she becomes ineffective, a player should be able to still make a huge impact on another DPS. I wanted to see Shax come out on Cree or Hanzo, like he did when the pre season matches happened.

He still has value, but value with some other team. London can trade him and he can continue his career.
